Return and Repair Procedure

  1. Click here to go to our "Repair Request" form.
  2. After receiving and processing your repair request, we will contact you and send you a RA number. You need to print and attach this number to your package.
  3. Securely pack the defective item (preferably in its original packaging) and ship it to Amptec following the instructions provided by the Amptec representative.

Please make sure to include all the neccessary accessories needed to fully test the device. (PSU, adapters, cables...)
