The Lawo Plug-in Collection
08-04-2009The debut of the 'Lawo Plug-in Collection': this software package offers the DSP processing of mc² series consoles - the legendary Lawo sound - as Plug-in for digital audio workstations.
Already since early 2008 the Lawo Plug-in Server has provided the use of a wide range of software Plug-ins on mc² consoles during live broadcasting. With the Lawo Plug-in Collection, DAW operators can now make use of the mc² series' high quality signal processing path during post production. All popular formats are available: VST 2.4, Windows, Mac, AU and RTAS.
The Lawo Plug-in Collection comprises twenty years of DSP programming. Sound engineers from all over the world praise the premium sound quality of mc² consoles. Now this top sound is made available to a larger user forum who may benefit from Lawo's technical superiority (e.g. low noise architecture) and innovations (e.g. hyperpanning).
Currently available plugins are: Lawo Equalizer, Automatic Gain control, Compressor with Sidechain filter, Hyperpanning and Graphiq Equalizer.
