Het Sieraad in Amsterdam has set a new standard by becoming the first club in the Netherlands to install a d&b KSL sound system. Renowned for its precision and advanced sound control, the system was installed by Amptec. Traditionally used for large-scale events such as festivals and concerts, the KSL system is now making waves in the club scene.

In spring 2023, Het Sieraad sought to upgrade its sound system. "Given the monumental nature of the building and its unique acoustic challenges, we needed a solution that offered unparalleled control over sound dispersion. The KSL system employs technology to ensure that sound is directed towards the audience, significantly reducing unwanted echoes and reflections within the venue," explains Fred den Dulk, Sales Manager at Amptec.

"Our priority was to have a system capable of delivering exceptional sound quality across all musical genres, while meeting the high standards expected by artists," says Folker Zwart, Head of Events at Het Sieraad. With the d&b system in place, Het Sieraad now boasts a state-of-the-art sound environment, offering artists and audiences alike a world-class listening experience.
