From January 1st 2012, Amptec can offer you a new support and service system for ProTools sets. From then on, Amptec customers can enjoy our “made to measure” services.
You can opt for a complete hardware protection with the certainty of backup material and unlimited support by phone, mail, remote access, etc.
Another option is the same support but without the hardware protection.
Reassuring to know that when buying a new system at Amptec, a one-year contract with full protection is included for free.
Apart from these contracts, the hardware repairs via our AVID service centre remain of course possible.
