Heritage Audio introduces MIX BUDDY
13-07-2026Heritage Audio has announced the MIX BUDDY, a compact desktop instrument mixer designed for studio and live use. With 19 inputs and 8 outputs, it focuses on instrument-centric routing using high-quality JFET input stages, flexible signal splitting and dual master output paths.
The unit combines Hi Gain and Unity JFET instrument inputs, a dedicated microphone preamp, balanced line inputs and a stereo FX return. Each channel offers Stereo or Mono + Thru operation for simultaneous mixing and direct routing to external gear.
A dual-output design includes a transformer-balanced Class A 73 DI-style main output alongside a clean transformerless output, plus a dedicated headphone amplifier for monitoring. An integrated stereo FX loop supports external processors with per-channel send control and pre/post routing.
