DiGiCo SD & Quantum Basics Workshops
01-10-2026A DiGiCo mixing console is more than a collection of faders, buttons and screens. Understanding the console’s structure and signal flow allows you to work more efficiently, quickly and confidently.
During this hands-on workshop, you will get to know the workflow of DiGiCo SD and Quantum mixing consoles. Step by step, you will discover how to build a session, how audio flows through the console, and how the different functions and components of the mixing desk work together.
What will be covered?
- Introduction to the interface and DiGiCo philosophy
- Basic configuration
- Working with channels, buses and processing
- Routing and patching
- Tips & tricks from everyday practice
The workshop will be led by DiGiCo Product Specialist David Liebens, together with live mixing engineers Bram Van der Weeën and François Wilmet. Their complementary experience combines in-depth knowledge of the platform’s technical capabilities with the practical realities of live mixing.
No prior DiGiCo experience is required. A basic understanding of signal flow within a PA system is sufficient.
