To strengthen our close and motivated team, we are looking for an administrative jack-of-all-trades who knows how to get things done, he/she is the point of contact for customers and suppliers. In short, the glue between administration and sales.
- You are the first point of contact for customers, both by telephone and in person.
- Identifying questions and referring them to the relevant colleague.
- Provide administrative support to the sales department.
- Prepare meetings.
- Helping with the organization and development of (sales) events (communication, invitations, reservations, catering, material,…).
- MS office has no secrets for you.
- You speak fluently Dutch, English and French.
- Education in administrative direction or equivalent through experience.
- Accurate and result-oriented.
- Enthusiastic and motivated.
- You have a hands-on mentality.
