Return and Repair Procedure

1. Contact the Amptec service department at +32 (0) 11/28.14.58 or by e-mail during normal working hours (M-F 9:00h-18:00h)
2. You will need to provide the following information at the time of your service request:
- Company name
- Return ship to address
- Return freight method
- Brand, model and serial number of defective material
- Purchase date and original invoice
- Registration data
- Specific description of the problem (exhibited behavior, environmental concerns, other related information)
- Contact person and telephone number
Please make sure to include all the neccessary accessories needed to fully test the device. (PSU, adapters, cables...)
Important information for Digidesign repairs :
The defective product has to be registered with Digidesign.
If the product is not yet registered you may still do so before sending in the defective unit.
If Amptec is to verify or rectify your registration data, this will be charged at 60 € / hour.
Please contact the dealer where you purchased the product or contact the manufacturer directly.

Warranty
Repair : No Charge.
Packaging : 25 € unless item was delivered in decent packaging.
Shipping : None unless special freight requested.
No Warranty
Repair : If repairable, customer will be billed for spare parts and 65 € / hour for repair work. If unrepairable, customer will be contacted for directions.
Packaging : 25 € unless item was delivered in decent packaging.
Shipping within the BeNeLux area : 20 € unless special freight requested.
Shipping outside of the BeNeLux area : depends on shipping location and package weight, contact us for an exact quote.
No Defect Found
No repair necessary (Warranty or No Warranty) : Customer will be billed 65 € / hour for diagnostics.
Packaging : 25 € unless item was delivered in decent packaging.
Shipping within the BeNeLux area : 20 € unless special freight requested.
Shipping outside of the BeNeLux area : depends on shipping location and package weight, contact us for an exact quote.
On site repairs
If your equipment is too heavy to send in, our service department can do repairs on site.
Transportation costs are 0,35 € / km and 45 € / hour (traveltime)
Repair costs are 75 € / hour
Spare parts
It is also possible to order spare parts for all the brands listed on the brands page of this site.
Ordering is possible via fax or by e-mail.
Administration costs apply for all orders below 25 €.
Shipping charges apply for all orders below 500 €. Shipping charges ALWAYS apply for repairs, even if the repair cost is below 500 €.
