30-11--0001As novelty in 2014, DHD will present the XC Dual Embedder/De-Embedder (52-7172) for HD-SDI signals, which facilitates mixing console integration into TV and video editing environments.
It has two 3G/HD/SD SDI De-Embedders and two HD/SD SDI Embedders; each of those can process two selectable audio groups with eight channels. All inputs and outputs are equipped with switchable sample rate converters. The device also features four GPIs and four GPOs.
Another highlight is the multi-touch-capable 7" IPS Display (52-4018) with luminous colours and wide viewing angle. Featuring capacitive touch technology, it provides advanced functionality with an awareness of up to five touch points.
Apart from all current mixing consoles and routing systems, DHD will also demonstrate the great possibilities of its Remote Control PC Software. This very useful tool creates a wide variety of applications for touch-enabled control interfaces — ranging from the flexible mixers for journalists or editing places to the interactive signal flow charts in the Main Control Room.
