AMPTEC case-study - Kleine Feestzaal CC Hasselt
|
situation: bad intelligibility, sound amplification impossible
demand: improvement of the room acoustics and limited sound amplification solution: custom built, in ceiling acoustic panels and discrete, multipurpose amplification ________________________________________ The “Kleine Feestzaal” in CC Hasselt is a rectangular space used for exhibitions, meetings and theatre. Because of a poor intelligibility in this space, CC Hasselt was looking for a solution for good speech intelligibility throughout the whole room.In dialogue with the technicians of CC Hasselt, Amptec worked out a clever and discrete solution. As the walls shouldn’t be touched, the acoustic panels were placed in the ceilings. The delivered sound amplification consisted of a small mixing console and 4 compact loudspeakers, which easily can be used on various locations. With clearly improved reverberation time and discrete sound amplification, this is an example project of Amptec solutions. E-mail this news-item to someone - Subscribe to our RSS news feed |
